RENAULT vous incite à communiquer vos factures dans un format dématérialisé. Cette dématérialisation peut prendre différentes formes selon les contraintes légales des pays en présence, selon la typologie de vos factures et selon leur volume.

Ø ^(*)La dématérialisation simple des factures fournisseurs se traduit pour RENAULT, selon les choix effectués, par :

La prise en compte des factures en EDI INVOIC (fournisseurs POE ou PHF) + archivage de la facture papier qui sera le document officiel à présenter en cas de contrôle fiscal.
La prise en compte de PDF mail (signature préalable d’une convention) ou XML mail + archivage du PDF ou XML

Et bientôt, le chargement de votre facture PDF et la saisie des éléments clés de votre facture sur le Portail (pour les factures sans commande, en indiquant obligatoirement le nom du Pré- valideur, ou pour les factures de Frais Généraux, avec commandes 40xxxxxxxx ou 42xxxxxxxx)

Ø ^(*)La dématérialisation fiscale est réalisée au travers d’un seul canal :

o L’EDI fiscal (message INVOICE +archivage électronique selon les règles en vigueur) et signature préalable d’une convention avec RENAULT. Nous tenons à vous préciser que lorsque nous développons un fournisseur, nous le faisons pour toutes les sociétés Renault qui entrent dans le périmètre de dématérialisation fiscale.

RENAULT encourages you to communicate your invoices in electronic billing format. The dematerialized of your invoices can be done in different modes according to the legal constraints of the countries in presence, depending to the nature of the invoice and the volume of your invoicing.

EDI INVOIC (only for BOP or PHF suppliers) invoices + paper invoice archive. The original invoice will be the official document to present in case of fiscal control.
PDF mail (preliminary agreement signed) or XML mail + archiving of PDF or XML

And coming soon, by loading your PDF invoice and the entry of the key elements of your invoice on the Portal (for invoices without PO it’s mandatory to indicate the name of the Pre-validator, or for the Overheads invoices with PO number starting by 40xxxxxxxx or 42xxxxxxxx)

§ Fiscal EDI (Invoice message + electronic archiving according to legal value in the country) and preliminary agreement signed with RENAULT. We caution you that when we develop a supplier, we do it for all Renault companies that are in the scope of the e-invoicing.
